Service agreement template
Object, date and location, price and deposit, cancellation, force majeure, right of withdrawal, liability, personal data and disputes, supplemented by clauses specific to your profession:
Authorship and image rights
The service provider retains ownership of the copyright for the photographs. It grants the client a private, non-commercial usage license. Any dissemination by the service provider for promotional purposes (website, social media, events) requires explicit client approval, which may be revoked at any time.
Delivery
Retouched photographs are delivered as an online gallery within 8 weeks after the event, unless otherwise specified in the quote. The files are retained by the service provider for 12 months; it is the client's responsibility to back them up.
