1. Your choice for audience measurement
Gestiway uses a necessary cookie for login. On the public storefront, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and clicks to rates or trial pages only after your consent. No Google Analytics scripts are loaded before this choice or after a refusal. No advertising cookies are used.
Accept and refuse are presented at the same level. The link Manage Cookies at the footer allows you to change your mind. The choice is retained for 6 months in the browser's local storage; in case of refusal, the Analytics cookies are deleted.

Without consent for audience measurement, no Analytics cookies are placed. The consent choice (gestiway-audience-consent) is locally retained for 6 months.
3. Google Analytics and your data
Measurement covers only known public pages: home, features, pricing, industries and legal documents. Registration, login, the CRM, administration, APIs and private portals are excluded. URL parameters and fragments are removed from measured pages. Automatic form measurement and Google advertising features are disabled.
Google Ireland Limited processes browser identifiers and navigation events. Detailed event data is retained for 2 months in GA4; aggregated reports may be retained for longer periods. Google may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, pursuant to applicable service guarantees. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Analytics Information.
4. Customer portal and review widget
Your user's client space is accessible via a secure personal link; it does not deploy any audience or advertising cookies.
The embeddable review widget on a service provider's website uses no cookies.
5. Online payment
When you pay online, you are redirected to a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe may then place its own cookies, necessary for payment security and fraud prevention, under its responsibility (see the Stripe Cookie Policy).
6. Manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents logging in to the application.
