Give each person appropriate access
Owner, administrator, member and accountant are distinct roles. Invite the people who actually take part in the business and check their permissions before sharing records.
Assign people to services so the calendar reflects your organisation. Sharing one account between several people makes activity harder to attribute: use individual access within your plan's limits.
Review figures that support decisions
- Invoiced and received revenue, outstanding amounts and overdue invoices.
- Opportunity value, conversion and enquiry sources.
- Upcoming events to compare the order book with the workload.
- Several company workspaces under one account, with separate data.
Compare like with like
Invoiced revenue reflects issued documents; received revenue reflects recorded payments. Quotes still under discussion are not secured revenue. Use consistent periods and data-entry rules when looking at changes.
Dashboards do not replace full accounting or payroll. Before making a decision, compare Gestiway's data with your expenses, refunds and your accountant's checks.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can use Gestiway?
User limits depend on the plan. The pricing page lists Solo, Pro and Studio allowances; choose according to the access you actually need.
Can I manage multiple companies?
One account can access several company workspaces. Records and permissions belong to each workspace; check which one is selected before taking an action.
